Even before I am a loyal buyer of EQ Diaper's, After giving birth on my first child. Since I was a teenage Mom that time I really have no idea what diaper is the best. So my Mom introduce EQ Diaper's to me and after using that I really like the quality of EQ. So when I gave birth again on my second Baby I prefer using EQ Diaper's again especially the dry one. My baby is very Rash free.

One day after buying an EQ Diaper i noticed a piece of paper in the side of wrapper.

1. You can join by simply collecting EQ Dry Baby Diaper with Magic Tape wrappers with intact points. The points system based on packaging as fallows:

   *Only EQ Dry with Magic Tape wrappers are valid.
2. Collect the corresponding number of points to get one(1) collectible item:

   *Only entire wrappers with intact points of EQ Dry Baby Diaper with Magic Tape will be accepted.
   *Entries containing cut-out points will NOT ne honored.
   *Entries with soiled wrappers (wrappers contaminated with feces or mud, discolored or faded wrappers)
     or unused wrappers will NOT be honored.
3. Submit the required EQ Baby Diaper with Magic Tape wrappers together with the following information completely written on a piece of paper:
   senders name, detailed address (please include landmarks for hard to find locations), telephone and/or mobile phone numbers, e-mail address, baby's name and birthday, signature of parents/guardian plus the desired premium item/s enclosed in an envelope (kindly rank your top three preffered animal designs).
4. 1. Entries may be mailed or hand carried to the JS Unitrade Office from Mondays to Fridays 8:00AM to 5:00PM:

   2. Your chosen premium item/s will be delivered FREE of charge by JRS to the address submitted by the sender. In the event that the sender is not present during the time of delivery, a member of the sender's household will be asked to sign a proof of delivery and received the premium item/s in behalf of the sender.
   
   
   3. Hand delivered entries must be received on or before August 6, 2012 (5PM). Entries sent via mail may be received, provided it is dated and received by the post office on or before August 6, 2012.
   
   
   4. You may join the promo as many times as you want.
   
   
   5. Animal plush toys are not convertible to cash.
